My kiddo enjoyed this one! My husband and I thought it was pretty good for such an easy recipe too. We used chicken thighs and used the Amy’s organic for both soups.

I’m really happy to hear it, Amanda – thanks for the lovely feedback! I have to agree that one huge benefit of this stew recipe is that it’s so easy to keep the ingredients on hand, so when I suddenly realize dinnertime is going to be frantic, I can throw this chicken stew together in the morning … and we can all enjoy a more relaxed evening, with fabulous smells welcoming us home and a dinner that’s ready whenever we are! #winning 😉 ~Shelley

I love that I had everything ready to go in the pantry, and it was super convenient and fast for a weeknight! The tomato sauce was so comforting, and I love how creamy it turned out. This is definitely a guaranteed crowd pleaser!
